We had some unseasonably mild weather
today, so decided to get out of the house and
visit the animals at the zoo.
We saw the big horn sheep (up on their rock!)...
...Patagonian Cavies....
....penguins (getting their tank cleaned...pretty funny
to see 9 penguins running around in a herd while
the gals hosed out their tank)...
...Canada geese flying overhead (and honking up a storm)...
...and touched the concrete gorilla's ass (can I say that?)
What a darling little guy! (looking at more geese, I think)
Enjoying his independence--boy did he EVER!
Maybe pointing at the tigers...
And patted the concrete Komodo Dragon on the head.
It was a fun trip.
