I think that Zachary is dropping one of his daily naps.
Starting Thursday, his afternoon nap - if it existed at all, consisted of approximately 20 minutes. So I started thinking that maybe he's ready to drop a nap, which involves shifting his whole schedule somewhat so that he's not awake from about 1130 am to 800 pm....which is WAY too long for all involved.
Yesterday, we moved his morning nap 15 minutes later - to 1030. And he slept until about 1230. Then we moved bedtime up 30 minutes to 730. And it seemed to work pretty well...except for when he woke up at 945 pm and did NOT want to go back to sleep. Eventually, after a bottle, he did, and slept great until 730 this morning. I think our ultimate goal for the nap is to go from 1200-200 or something like that...so we'll see how it goes.
